Terms

Charges are negotiable dependent on individual requirements (no VAT is charged)

Before any work is undertaken, a signed agreement will be required

Payment to be received no later than 14 days from the invoice date

Payment to be made by cheque or bank transfer, payable to BusinessAdmin

Payment for monthly packages is to be made in advance at the beginning of each month either by cheque or bank transfer

Only exceptional additional expenses incurred will be billed; including long distance travel, lengthy or international telephone calls, postage, courier services, printing and colour copying, bank charges etc.

Any errors or omissions found after submission will be corrected without charge

Every effort is made to ensure we provide a reliable service, however, BusinessAdmin cannot be held responsible for loss of service or lost information

Work will normally be presented using Microsoft Office XP applications

Contracts may be terminated with 28 days notice in writing by either party

BusinessAdmin premises are not open to personal visitors
